Morning routine

Warm lemon water with 2 Seed tablets   (Prebiotic with Probiotic)

Taking a probiotic daily has improved my gut health and that gut health is so important! It influences so much more than we think and has also helped with improving my skin

I then light a candle, sit on my meditation pillow and start my 10-20 minute meditation either on my own or with a guided one through the Calm App (always with a candle burning!)

Followed by reading the daily affirmation in “A Year Without Fear

Walking 50 minutes to work listening to a podcast or on my days off either relaxing or going on a walk in Central Park to start the day in nature

Breakfast: Juice (celery, cucumber, ginger, lemon, hemp seeds, pineapple, water), oatmeal (with half a banana, blueberries, walnuts and a combination of super foods) and coffee with coconut or almond milk

Supplements and herbs I take for my hormone balance and overall health daily

Vitex

Heme Iron

Vitamin B12

Vitamin D

Zinc

I also love Mary Ruth Organics Multivitamin

All big things come from small beginnings. The seed of every habit is a single, tiny decision. But as that decision is repeated, a habit sprouts and grows stronger. Roots entrench themselves and branches grow. The task of breaking a bad habit is like uprooting a powerful oak within us. And the task of building a good habit is like cultivating a delicate flower one day at a time.

Night Routine

I take magnesium every evening about 2 hours before I go to sleep and CBD some nights when I’m feeling anxious or I can tell there’s a lot on my mind

The one I take at night is the CBD with melatonin (it really doesn’t leave me feeling groggy at all in the morning- promise!)

I drink Sakara Detox tea in the evenings or regular Chamomile tea

Most nights I read 30 minutes with legs up the wall to decrease inflammation

I always have lavender essential oil in my diffuser

The nights I can’t fall asleep I put Orange Sky on repeat and it works wonders!

And lastly, I try to be off the phone 30-60 minutes before bed!

Night ROUTINE

Don’t ever stop believing in your own personal transformation. It is still happening even on the days you may not realize it or feel like it.
